How early should I book a party?

We recommend calling or stopping in 2-3 weeks ahead. Our parties are very popular... call to book early.

What days and times can I have a child's party?

Thursdays 5:30 -8:30 pm, Fridays 5:30-8:30 pm and 7:00 -10:00 pm , Saturdays 1:00 - 4:00 pm, 2:30 -5:30 pm, 4:00 - 7:00pm, 5:30 - 8:30 pm and 7:00 - 10:00 pm .

Do you have parties for teens or "tweens"?

Absolutely! We offer a "Hangout Party" for older kids 11 and older on Fridays from 7:00pm - 10:00pm or Saturdays 7:00pm - 10:00pm.

How many children do I need to have a birthday party?

All of our birthday parties include 10 kids (the birthday child and 9 guests) except for our teen hang out party which includes 8 kids (the birthday child and 7 guests).More kids can be added to your party for a added cost.

When is my deposit due?

A $50.00 deposit is due at booking. Your deposit is applied towards your party. It is non-refundable. If an emergency arises and you must cancel your party, we will honor your deposit if you re-schedule your party within the next 14 days.

How do I get free invitations?

You may pick them up or request to have them mailed.

How long is the party?

3 hours. One hour in our Party Zone seating area and two hours of activity time.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes, but only if you schedule a birthday party. Cupcakes or ice-cream cakes are ok too.

Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

No. Outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Do you have ice cream?

Yes! We offer ice cream cups! We must know 24 hours in advance how many.

How long are we at the birthday party table?

1 hour. Your host will help you move to another table closer to the skating rink.

Do my adults guest have to pay when they come in?

No. If they are coming in to watch a party...they are free! Party mom and dad can also skate free, with skate rental included.

How much pizza and drinks do the party children get?

Each child gets one large slice of pizza and an 8 oz pop for the hour they are in the party room. You may purchase extra food and beverages as needed.

Can I purchase extra food for the adult guests at my party?

Yes you can! You can ask your party host for extras. You'll get a "Party add-on" sheet with the prices of pizza and pitchers of pop or coffee for the adults. Food and drinks can be added before or during the party.

Can I bring in my own table decorations?

We provide colorful tablecloth, paper plates, cups, napkins, balloon centerpiece, etc. However, you can bring in "theme" party ware or balloon centerpieces, but please bring them in 24 hours in advance. Sorry , no piñatas.

Do I have to do anything?

NO!!! Just come in, relax and have fun! A party host will set up your party, serve it up.. and clean it up!! We do it all.

When do I pay?

Your host will give you your final bill at the end of the 1 hour table time this will be minus your deposit. You can pay with cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We do not accept personal checks. We do not have an ATM.

Can I tip my host?

For convenience, a 10% gratuity will be added onto your bill. However, you may tip additional.
