How
early should I book a party?
We recommend booking a party 2 to
3 weeks in advance. Our parties are very popular, and booking
early is highly recommended.
What
days and times can I have a party?
We have parties on:
Mondays and Tuesdays 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Wednesdays 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Fridays 6:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturdays 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Sundays 12:00pm to 5:00pm
How
many children do I need to have a birthday party?
A minimum of 10 children, including
the birthday child, is required.
When
is my deposit due?
To secure your reservation, a deposit
is due 2 weeks before your party. Your deposit is applied
towards your party. The $25.00 is non-refundable. If an emergency
arises and you must cancel your party, we will honor your
deposit if you reschedule your party within a month.
How
do I get free invitations?
You can download them here or
you can stop into our facility and we will give you as many
as you need.
How
long is the party?
It depends on how many activities you
do.
1 activity = 2 hours
2 activities = 2½ hours
3 activities = 3 hours
Can
I bring in a birthday cake?
Yes, but only if you schedule a birthday
party. Cupcakes or ice cream cakes are OK too. Or for your
convenience, we can order a cake for you. Our cakes are ¼ sheet,
double layer, and your choice of chocolate, white, marble
or yellow with either a buttercream or whipped cream frosting.
The price is $19.99.
Can
I bring in outside food or drinks?
Sorry, no. Outside food or beverages
are not permitted.
Do
you have ice cream?
Yes! We offer fresh made soft serve
ice cream cups! Just order them when you book your party
or ask your hostess at the party!
How
long are we at the birthday party table?
40 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays.
Weeknights, you can usually have the table for the entire party time. We offer
the option of extending your party room table time for an additional 30 minutes
on Saturdays and Sundays for $50.00. Arrangements for additional time must
be made when scheduling the party.
Do
my adult guests have to pay when they come in?
No. If they're coming in to watch a
party, they come in for free! Adult party guests can also
skate for free. They only pay for skate rentals if needed.
How
much pizza and drinks to the party children get?
Each child gets one slice of pizza
and unlimited soft drinks for the 40 minutes they are in
the party room. You can purchase extra pizza if needed.
Can
I purchase extra food for the adult guests at my child's party?
Yes you can! You can ask your party
hostess for extras. You will receive a 'Party Add-On' sheet
with the prices of pizza and pitchers of pop or coffee for
the adults.
Can
I bring in my own table decorations?
We provide colorful paper plates, cups,
napkins, etc. But yes, you can bring in 'theme' paper products
or balloon centerpieces. Sorry, no pinatas.
Do
I have to do anything?
No. Just come in, relax and have fun
with your children! A party hostess will set up your party,
serve it up, and clean it up! We do all the work!
When
do I pay?
Before you leave. Your party hostess
will give you a final bill for your balance due minus your
deposit. You can pay with cash, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover.
Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. We do not have an
ATM. For your convenience, a 10% gratuity will be added to
your bill. However, you may tip additional.
